Everyone who purchases a VegFest ticket between Wednesday (June 3rd) and Friday (June 5th) 2026 will be automatically entered for a chance to win a reusable canvas bag filled with vegan goodies and gifts!

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning. This promotion is void where prohibited by law.

  1. Sponsor

This contest (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Little Hill Sanctuary Inc, located at 16795 Little Hill Lane, Royal Oaks, CA 95076. Website: vegfestsantacruz.org.

  1. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, volunteers, officers, directors, and agents of Little Hill Sanctuary Inc and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

  1. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins on Wednesday, June 4, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time and ends on Friday, June 5, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this window will not be eligible.

  1. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter — each method results in one (1) entry:

  • Purchase entry: Purchase any ticket to Santa Cruz Vegfest during the Promotion Period. Your entry is automatically registered using the name and email provided at checkout. One (1) entry per transaction.
  • Free online entry: Visit vegfestsantacruz.org and complete the entry form with your first name, last name, and valid email address. One (1) free entry per person regardless of the number of forms submitted. Submitting multiple free entry forms will not increase your chances of winning.

Limit: one (1) total entry per person, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  1. Prize

One (1) winner will receive one (1) canvas tote bag filled with prizes (“Prize”). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of Prize: $200.00 USD. Prize contents are subject to change. No cash or other substitution of the Prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable.

 

  1. Winner Selection

One (1) potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will take place on or around Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the Santa Cruz Vegfest event (11:00 AM–5:00 PM PT). Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  1. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified by email at the address provided at entry and/or announced in person at the Santa Cruz Vegfest event on June 6, 2026. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Little Hill Sanctuary Inc is not responsible for lost, undelivered, or delayed notifications.

  1. General Conditions
  • Little Hill Sanctuary Inc reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Promotion.
  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Little Hill Sanctuary Inc, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion.
  • By entering, participants grant Little Hill Sanctuary Inc permission to use their name for promotional purposes without additional compensation, where permitted by law.
  • Little Hill Sanctuary Inc is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries.
  1. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Promotion will be used only for the purposes of administering the Promotion and will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required by law. By entering, participants agree to Little Hill Sanctuary Inc’s Privacy Policy available at littlehillsanctuary.org/privacy-policy.

  1. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising out of this Promotion shall be resolved in the courts of Santa Cruz County, California.
